Welcome to the Model Prep Suite, your dedicated space for final preparations before walking the Fashion Show. Please read and follow these rules to ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone.

1. Arrival & Dress Code
    

   • All models must arrive dressed and ready for the Fashion Show.

   • The Model Prep Suite is not for changing clothes; please use your designated Dressing Area first.
      

2. Designated Dressing Areas (NOT in the Model Prep Suite)
    

   • Separate Dressing Areas are provided for different genders.

   • Models must change in their assigned area before entering the Model Prep Suite.
      

3. Purpose of the Model Prep Suite
   The Suite is reserved for:
    

   • Final touch-ups (hair, makeup, outfit adjustments)

   • Backstage interviews conducted by ID staff—models should be ready to share their excitement for the ID x PL Fashion Show

   • Photos and video footage

   • Overall preparation immediately before walking the Fashion Show
      

4. Behavior & Professionalism
    

   • Maintain a professional attitude at all times.

   • Respect other models’ space and privacy.

   • Follow directions from staff and show coordinators promptly.
      

5. No Unauthorized Items
    

   • Only essential items for preparation are allowed in the Suite.

   • Personal belongings should be kept in your Dressing Area or designated storage.
      

6. Timing & Efficiency
    

   • Arrive on time for your scheduled prep session.

   • Keep touch-ups brief and efficient to allow all models their prep time and interview time in the suite.
      

7. Photography & Media
    

   • Photos and videos are allowed only as directed by the media team.

   • Avoid taking personal recordings that disrupt the workflow.

8. Using The Space

   • There will be 8 areas in the Model Prep Suite. Your area assignment will be sent out closer to the event. ​
