ID Dance Scholarship Redemption Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

All scholarships awarded by ID Dance Competition are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be redeemed correctly and on time in order to be honored.

IMPORTANT REDEMPTION DEADLINE

All scholarships must be redeemed no later than 30 days prior to the event.

Any scholarship not redeemed by the 30-day deadline will automatically be reduced to 50% of its original value.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR SCHOLARSHIP (REQUIRED STEPS)

To redeem your scholarship, you must complete all of the following:

• Submit the Scholarship Redemption Form

NATIONALS REDEMPTION FORM

ID SUMMIT + COMPETITION REDEMPTION FORM

• Upload clear images of the FRONT and BACK of your scholarship
• Select how you would like to apply your scholarship (original experience or upgrade)

Once submitted, our Client Relations team will review your request and provide a custom redemption code to apply toward your selected Nationals experience.

Important:
Your scholarship is not considered redeemed until you have received your official redemption code or an official receipt of enrollment from ID Dance.

REDEMPTION GUIDELINES

• One scholarship may be redeemed per dancer, per event
• One form must be submitted per dancer
• Scholarships may not be combined
• If multiple scholarships were received, you must select one to redeem

Dancers are welcome to attend multiple Nationals events and may redeem different scholarships across separate events, if applicable.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Any portion of the entry fee not covered by the scholarship must be paid in full at the time of registration using the provided redemption code.

No entries will be considered confirmed without full payment of the remaining balance.

SCHOLARSHIP RESTRICTIONS

• Scholarships are non-transferable and may only be used by the awarded dancer
• Scholarships are not redeemable for cash, ID credit, or any monetary value
• Scholarships must be used for the specific experience or applied toward an upgraded package
• Scholarships may not be substituted, exchanged, or reassigned

FINAL NOTES

Scholarships are an opportunity to elevate your dancer’s experience at ID Nationals.

ID Dance reserves the right to verify all scholarship details prior to approval.

Failure to follow the redemption process or meet the deadline will result in a reduction or forfeiture of the scholarship.
