ID Dance Scholarship Redemption Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All scholarships awarded by ID Dance Competition are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be redeemed correctly and on time in order to be honored.
IMPORTANT REDEMPTION DEADLINE

All scholarships must be redeemed no later than 30 days prior to the event.

Any scholarship not redeemed by the 30-day deadline will automatically be reduced to 50% of its original value.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR SCHOLARSHIP (REQUIRED STEPS)
To redeem any ID Dance scholarship, you must complete ALL of the following steps:

Take a clear photo of the FRONT and BACK of the scholarship

Wait for an official confirmation email from ID Dance
Important:
If you do not receive a response from ID Dance, your scholarship has NOT been redeemed.
This may be due to a typo, missing attachment, or delivery issue — it is the responsibility of the recipient to confirm redemption.
Always verify that you received a confirmation email.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Any portion of the entry fee not covered by the scholarship must be paid in full.

No entries will be considered confirmed without full payment of the remaining balance.
SCHOLARSHIP RESTRICTIONS

Scholarships cannot be transferred to another dancer, studio, or event.

Scholarships cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Scholarships are valid only for the specific entry, package, or experience listed on the scholarship.

Scholarships may not be substituted for another award or package.
FINAL NOTES

Scholarships are a privilege and opportunity, not a guarantee.

ID Dance reserves the right to verify all scholarship details before approval.

Failure to follow the redemption process or deadline will result in reduction or forfeiture of the scholarship.
