Planning for the 2027 season is officially underway.
Early Access Reservations require an estimated number of routines for planning purposes only; studios will reconfirm and may adjust their estimate on June 1, 2026, prior to official registration.
Studios may reserve by city while dates roll out. If your city’s date has not yet been released, you’re welcome to secure your place in advance. Once the date is announced, you’ll be notified and have 30 days to confirm—if the date doesn’t align with your schedule, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If a city’s date is listed at the time of reservation, it is considered firm and the deposit is nonrefundable.
General registration opens June 1st, 2026 at which time all Early Access Reservations will be transferred into the studio’s DanceBug account and managed directly by the studio on our Registration Portal.
Early Access Reservations provide priority placement for the 2027 season and are not final event registrations. All official registrations are processed exclusively through the DanceBug Registration Software accessible at www.iddancecomp.com/register and require a valid, active studio account.
2027 Unity Tour Early Access Reservation
Planning for the 2027 season is now open. Studios may reserve a placement by city, subject to the following terms:
Confirmed Dates
If a city’s event date is listed at the time of reservation, that date is considered confirmed. All deposits submitted for confirmed dates are nonrefundable.Pending (Unreleased) Dates
If a city’s event date has not yet been released, studios may submit a reservation deposit to hold placement priority for that city.-
Once the official date is released, ID Dance Competition will notify the studio directly.

Studios will have 30 calendar days from the date of notification to confirm or decline their placement.

If the released date does not work for the studio and the studio notifies ID Dance Competition within the 30-day window, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Failure to Respond
If no written response is received within the 30-day confirmation window following date release, the reservation will be considered accepted and the deposit will become nonrefundable.Unlisted Cities
If a city is not available for selection on the reservation form, the date has not been confirmed and no reservation or deposit will be processed for that city.By submitting a reservation and deposit, the studio acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
