2027 Regionals West Coast Unity Tour Reservation

Planning for the 2027 season is now open. Studios may reserve a placement by city, subject to the following terms:

Confirmed Dates
If a city’s event date is listed at the time of reservation, that date is considered confirmed. All deposits submitted for confirmed dates are nonrefundable.

Pending (Unreleased) Dates
If a city’s event date has not yet been released, studios may submit a reservation deposit to hold placement priority for that city.

• Once the official date is released, ID Dance Competition will notify the studio directly.

• Studios will have 30 calendar days from the date of notification to confirm or decline their placement.

• If the released date does not work for the studio and the studio notifies ID Dance Competition within the 30-day window, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Failure to Respond
If no written response is received within the 30-day confirmation window following date release, the reservation will be considered accepted and the deposit will become nonrefundable.

Unlisted Cities
If a city is not available for selection on the reservation form, the date has not been confirmed and no reservation or deposit will be processed for that city.

By submitting a reservation and deposit, the studio acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

Early Access Reservations provide priority placement for the 2027 season and are not final event registrations. All official registrations are processed exclusively through the DanceBug Registration Software accessible at www.iddancecomp.com/register  and require a valid, active studio account.

General registration opens June 1st, 2026 at which time all Early Access Reservations will be transferred into the studio’s DanceBug account and managed directly by the studio on our Registration Portal.

Early Access Reservation & Registration Policy

2027 Season

Early Access Reservations are offered as a priority planning option for the 2027 season and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Early Access Reservation Status

Early Access Reservations are not final registrations. They provide studios with priority placement ahead of general registration and are managed separately from standard event reservations.

2. Official Registration Platform & Eligibility

All official event registrations for ID Dance Competition are processed exclusively through DanceBug Software.

• Studios must maintain a valid, active studio account on DanceBug in order to register for events. 

• Independents do not have access to ID's Registration Portal.

3. Registration Timeline

General registration for the 2027 season opens on June 1st, 2026.
Any Early Access Reservations secured prior to this date will be transferred into DanceBug once registration opens and will populate within the studio’s account.

4. Studio Responsibility

Registration is completed at the studio level. Once Early Access Reservations are transferred, all registration details, entries, confirmations, and payments are managed directly by the studio through the DanceBug Software Registration Portal.

5. Distinction from Standard Reservations

Early Access Reservations are processed separately from standard reservations and follow a different timeline and internal workflow. 

Early Access Reservations require studios to provide an estimated number of routines for planning purposes only. This estimate is used to support preliminary capacity and scheduling considerations and is not a binding commitment at the time of reservation.

Studios will have the opportunity to reconfirm and adjust their estimated number of routines on June 1, 2026, at which time a more accurate projection for the 2027 season will be requested. This reconfirmation allows studios to refine their estimates based on finalized choreography, enrollment, and season planning.

Final routine counts will be submitted during official registration through DanceBug Software and will follow standard registration policies.
