ID TITLE WINNER MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The ID Dance Competition Title Winner Mentorship Program is designed to provide dancers with meaningful educational access to industry professionals through mentorship-style conversations, career guidance, artistic feedback, and individualized question opportunities.
To ensure fairness, scheduling consistency, and operational efficiency across all participants and adjudicators, the following mentorship structure and policies will apply.
MENTORSHIP STRUCTURE
Due to scheduling variability throughout the season, all mentorship sessions will be conducted during pre-scheduled group mentorship meeting times rather than individually scheduled one-on-one appointments.

2
These sessions are intentionally designed to still feel personalized and interactive.
While multiple dancers may attend the same mentorship session, dancers are fully encouraged to:
-
Ask individualized questions
-
Seek personalized advice
-
Discuss training, artistry, industry goals, title experiences, and career aspirations
-
Receive mentorship in a conversational and supportive environment
Although other dancers may join the session, the format will remain welcoming, engaging, and individualized in nature.
3
Please note:
Mentorship faculty, adjudicators, and participating industry professionals may vary based on availability, scheduling, travel logistics, operational needs, and seasonal staffing adjustments
ID Dance Competition cannot guarantee mentorship placement with a specific adjudicator, mentor, or faculty member
ATTENDANCE POLICY
If a dancer cannot attend their originally scheduled mentorship session, they are welcome to attend another available mentorship session listed on the official schedule
However:
It is the responsibility of the dancer/family to attend an alternative available session. Missed sessions will not automatically be rescheduled individually. If a dancer is unable to attend any available mentorship sessions, the mentorship opportunity may be considered forfeited/void
In select circumstances, ID may attempt to coordinate an alternative mentorship option when possible.
However:
Alternative sessions are not guaranteed.
Alternate mentorships may not be with the dancer’s originally requested or preferred adjudicator/mentor. Scheduling accommodations remain fully dependent on mentor availability and operational scheduling

Program Expectations
The mentorship program is intended to create a positive, educational, and artist-first experience for all participating dancers. Dancers are encouraged to come prepared with thoughtful questions, goals, and topics they would like guidance on to maximize the value of their mentorship experience.
ID Dance Competition reserves the right to structure mentorship scheduling and participation logistics based on operational needs, adjudicator availability, and seasonal scheduling demands.
